Beginning your journey:
We begin with an initial consultation to explore what inspires you to seek support.

During this time, we will both assess if we are a good therapeutic match and would like to continue your journey of healing and growth together, scheduling future sessions to get started. If you'd be better served by another therapist, I would be happy to provide referrals to the level of care that best suits your needs.
